• Currently, project manager insuring client satisfaction with direct responsibility for quality, job scheduling, organizing, and overseeing employees and trade partners.
• Typically overseeing three jobs with a $750 ~ $1,000K Value.   Prior to joining ARI, built turnkey custom homes with a total value in excess of $3,000,000.
• Certification in residential wiring from Isothermal Community College.
• 10-Hour OSHA Safety Certification.
