Project Description

This whole-house remodel added a minimal 40 square feet to the original house footprint but dramatically opened up the interior kitchen and family room areas. A kitchen with attractive banquette and tile trim completely changed the ambience of the first floor living area. Family room windows were replaced with period-appropriate French doors with transoms. Decorative and functional windows were added to increase light in critical front and rear areas. The master suite was completely remodeled with a vaulted beadboard ceiling and new bath and closet configurations.
